About the Job:

This Accounting Specialist position is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly. It processes financial transactions, supports order and inventory activities, and assists with compliance.

This is a 40-hour-per-week support role [2 days in-office, 3 remote days], paid hourly. Must be within 30 miles of Dayton, OR 97114.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle AP/AR processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and cash posting
Process and support wholesale/export orders, customer setup, and billing
Maintain permits, licenses, label registrations, and tax filings
Track, reconcile, and count inventory to ensure accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams and support day-to-day accounting operations

Skills & Experience:

Degree/certificate in accounting or finance preferred, or 2+ years of similar experience desired
Strong customer service orientation across teams and external partners
High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Clear, professional communication skills
Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work well in a remote/work-from-home environment and stay on task
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds and sit, twist, type, or stand for extended periods of time
